9. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the United States. In case of disputes, the courts of Delawere shall have jurisdiction.
If the Buyer is located in the EU, their local consumer rights under EU directives shall also be applicable.

10. FINAL PROVISION
This agreement is deemed accepted by the Buyer upon payment confirmation. A copy of the agreement is accessible at any time via the website. This version is valid as of the purchase date.
