2. Eligibility for Refunds

a) Monthly Subscription Plans

You are eligible for a full refund of your monthly subscription if:

• No search or analysis activity has been performed during the current billing cycle.
• The refund request is submitted within 14 calendar days of your initial subscription payment.

You are not eligible for a refund if:

• You have performed at least one search or query using the platform, regardless of the results.
• The 14-day period has expired.

b) Annual Subscription Plans

You are eligible for a full refund of your annual subscription if:

• No searches or analyses have been performed at all during the first 30 days of your subscription.
• The refund request is made within 30 calendar days of your original annual purchase.

You are eligible for a partial refund if:

• You have used the service at least once during the first 30 days. In this case, the equivalent of one monthly subscription fee will be deducted from your refund.

You are not eligible for any refund under the annual plan if:

• Your request is submitted after 30 days, regardless of usage.
• You have used the service and request a refund after the 30-day window.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

2. Include the following details:
   • Your full name
   • Email address used during purchase
   • Order ID or transaction reference
   • Reason for refund (optional but helpful)
3. Our team will review your request within 3 business days, and if approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.

4. Important Notes and Conditions

• Refunds are only issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
• We do not issue pro-rata or partial refunds for unused time after the initial refund eligibility period has passed.
• Abuse of the refund system (e.g., repeated refund requests from the same user) may result in service termination or account restrictions.
• Refunds do not apply to promotional or discounted plans unless otherwise stated.
• Users who received free credits or trials and later subscribed are subject to the same refund policy outlined above.
